PRESS RELEASE from the Parish Council meeting on 2nd June 2020
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Parish Council held their first virtual meeting on 2nd June 2020. We have been advised that virtual meetings will continue until further notice and almost certainly well beyond the end of national lock-down.

Garden waste service resumes from April 20
Charnwood Borough Council is resuming its garden waste service from Monday, April 20.
The service, which has more than 30,000 customers, was suspended on March 23 due to staff shortages caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The service is being phased back in and the Council will start emptying bins for garden waste customers from Monday, April 20.
